Simple Fruity Porridge with Mango and Ginger
Ingredients
- 40g porridge oats
- 150ml plant-based milk
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- half a mango
Preparation
Take 40g porridge oats, 150ml plant-based milk, 1/2 tablespoon ginger, and 1 tablespoon flax seed.
Microwave the mixture for three minutes, pausing halfway through to stir.
Top with half a mango.
