Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups favorite non-dairy milk
  • 2-4 t maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 1/2 t cardamon

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and let sit overnight

  2. In the morning, divide into bowls and enjoy with your favorite toppings
