Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups favorite non-dairy milk
- 2-4 t maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t cardamon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and let sit overnight
In the morning, divide into bowls and enjoy with your favorite toppings
