Smoothie

Ingredients

  • yogurt - 2 cups
  • maple syrup - 2 tbsp
  • blue ocean blend powder- 2 tsp
  • fresh fruits of your choice

Preparation

  1. Mix maple syrup in yogurt and stir to combine

  2. Then devide the yogurt in two different bowls Mix Blue ocean powder to make different shades of color . You can choose to make just one color . Its optional. ✒ Layer it as you see in the picture and Enjoy your quick healthy Breakfast with your favorite toppings
