Spelt and Teff Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups spelt flour
- 1 cup teff flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil ^^^ whisk it till smooth
Preparation
Preheat your pan, medium heat, then brush some oil on, pour in a scoop of the batter n smooth it with back of the scoop till you have a nice flat pancake all around. Each side takes about 1-2 minutes till done. I stack them up and cover with a cotton cloth, so it doesn’t dry n become crispy.. Enjoy
This will make about 15 crepes so adjust the measurements if need to.. I filled these with mashed avocado, cucumbers and lettuce. Really good with hummus and of course these are delicious with sweet fillings as well
