Super Easy Homemade Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 175g (6 oz or 1.3 cups) self-raising flour (or all-purpose flour + 1 tsp baking powder)
  • 2 tbsp any plain or vanilla yogurt (plus extra for brushing)
  • 7 tbsp fizzy water
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan)/425°F/gas mark 7.

  2. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and stir with a spoon until the mixture becomes a dough.

  3. Roll the dough into four balls and place them onto a baking tray.

  4. Flatten the tops slightly and brush them with a little yogurt.

  5. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

  6. Best eaten straightaway.
