Tahini and Chocolate Orange Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
- Plant-based milk (enough to cover seeds)
- 1 sliced frozen banana
- 1/2 large juicy orange
- 1 teaspoon light tahini
- 2 heaped tablespoons natural almond yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
Preparation
Place 1 heaped tablespoon of mixed seeds into a blender cup and cover with plant-based milk to soak for 20 minutes.
Add 1 sliced frozen banana, 1/2 a large juicy orange, 1 teaspoon light tahini, 2 heaped tablespoons of natural almond yoghurt, and 1 tablespoon cacao powder.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and spoon over more yoghurt.
Enjoy.
