Tahini and Chocolate Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
  • Plant-based milk (enough to cover seeds)
  • 1 sliced frozen banana
  • 1/2 large juicy orange
  • 1 teaspoon light tahini
  • 2 heaped tablespoons natural almond yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Place 1 heaped tablespoon of mixed seeds into a blender cup and cover with plant-based milk to soak for 20 minutes.

  2. Add 1 sliced frozen banana, 1/2 a large juicy orange, 1 teaspoon light tahini, 2 heaped tablespoons of natural almond yoghurt, and 1 tablespoon cacao powder.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour into a glass and spoon over more yoghurt.

  5. Enjoy.
