Tiramisu Oat Flour Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 75g oat flour
- 30g vegan salted caramel protein powder
- 180ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Yogurt (for topping)
- Cacao powder (for sprinkling)
Preparation
Mix the oat flour, vegan salted caramel protein powder, flax seeds, instant coffee granules, and baking powder in a bowl.
Gradually add the unsweetened almond milk to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour a portion of the batter onto the pan to form a pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, making several pancakes.
Stack the cooked pancakes on a plate.
Top the stack with yogurt and sprinkle cacao powder over the top.
