Tofu Scramble Breakfast Tacos


  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • tofu
  • turmeric
  • fresh spinach
  • salsa and daiya cheddar shreds


  1. I'm always shocked at how egg-like tofu scramble looks when you add a little turmeric to it

  2. I also added about 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast to the tofu mixture (forgot to add to the ingredients list) which added even more of a egg-y colour

  3. With the leftover tofu scrambled, I heated it in the microwave and served over a bowl of fresh spinach with salsa and daiya cheddar shreds. SO GOOD!! I'm adding this one to my weekly breakfast rotation
