Valentine’s Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup sweetner
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • dash almond milk (to blend)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Roll dough in a ball and put in the fridge for 30 minutes

  3. Roll dough out and cut out cookie shapes

  4. Place onto a lined baking tray and then put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes

  5. Put in the oven heated to 200°c and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown

  6. Allow to cool before decorating

  7. I topped mine with melted white chocolate mixed with pink pitaya powder
