Valentine’s Cookies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup sweetner
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- dash almond milk (to blend)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Roll dough in a ball and put in the fridge for 30 minutes
Roll dough out and cut out cookie shapes
Place onto a lined baking tray and then put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes
Put in the oven heated to 200°c and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
Allow to cool before decorating
I topped mine with melted white chocolate mixed with pink pitaya powder
