Vegan Protein-Packed Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 mini banana
- Energy diet smart vanilla-caramel flavor
- 30g soy flour
- 100ml soy milk without sugar
- Coconut oil
- Natural cocoa without sugar
- Peanut butter
Preparation
Mash the banana with a fork to replace egg and add sweetness.
Add energy diet smart vanilla-caramel flavor, 30g soy flour, and 100ml soy milk without sugar.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly to create a homogeneous mass without lumps.
Heat coconut oil in a pan for cooking.
Pour the batter to make pancakes.
Take some remaining batter, add natural cocoa without sugar, mix, and pour on top of each pancake to create a chocolate layer.
Serve with peanut butter for added healthy fats and protein.
