Healthy Gluten-Free Banana Waffles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup simple mills waffle mix
- 1/4 cup cassava flour
- 2 eggs (VEGAN sub for flax eggs)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Toppings
- Berries
- Nut butter
- Purely elizabeth granola
- Mint
Preparation
Mash the ripe banana.
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix all wet ingredients together
Combine the dry and wet mixtures to form batter
Cook the batter in a waffle iron until golden brown
