Instant Wheat Dosa Breakfast Plate
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- A little baking soda
- Oil for cooking
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, take 1/2 cup wheat flour and 1/2 cup rice flour.
Add 1 cup water and whisk well to ensure there are no lumps.
Add salt to taste and a little baking soda, then whisk well again.
Let the batter rest for 20 minutes or until the flour absorbs the water.
Check the consistency of the batter and add more water if required.
Heat a tawa or griddle until hot.
Carefully pour the dosa batter onto the hot tawa.
Sprinkle 1/2 or 1 teaspoon of oil over the top.
Cook on medium flame until the base turns crispy and golden brown.
Serve the instant wheat dosa immediately with chutney.
