Wholemeal Crêpes with Caramelised Pear & Cherries

Ingredients

  • 130g wholemeal flour
  • 400ml plant milk
  • 1 tsp milled chia/flax seeds
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • Chopped pear
  • Frozen cherries
  • Dash of oil
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix wholemeal flour, plant milk, milled chia/flax seeds, and a pinch of pink salt together.

  2. Let the mixture rest for ten minutes.

  3. Mix the batter again.

  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.

  5. Pour a thin layer of batter to cover the base of the pan.

  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.

  7. In a separate pan, gently sauté chopped pear and frozen cherries with a dash of oil until softened.

  8. Add a dash of cinnamon and maple syrup to the sautéed fruit.
