Wholemeal Crêpes with Caramelised Pear & Cherries
Ingredients
- 130g wholemeal flour
- 400ml plant milk
- 1 tsp milled chia/flax seeds
- Pinch of pink salt
- Chopped pear
- Frozen cherries
- Dash of oil
- Dash of cinnamon
- Maple syrup
Preparation
Mix wholemeal flour, plant milk, milled chia/flax seeds, and a pinch of pink salt together.
Let the mixture rest for ten minutes.
Mix the batter again.
Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
Pour a thin layer of batter to cover the base of the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
In a separate pan, gently sauté chopped pear and frozen cherries with a dash of oil until softened.
Add a dash of cinnamon and maple syrup to the sautéed fruit.
