Yoghurtbowl

Ingredients

  • 30 grams of oatmeal
  • - 115 grams of quark or greek yoghurt ? - 10 grams of nut butter (I used 100% PB) ? - 30ml of milk (I used unsweetened soy milk) ? - dash of cinnamon
  • fruit of choice

Preparation

  1. Blend 10 grams of oats (put oats in blender) and combine with 20 grams regular oats, 10 grams of any nuts (I used chopped up walnuts), 30ml of unsweetened soymilk (any milk will do), cinnamon, vanilla and 10 grams of 100% peanutbutter ? to form a crumbly mixture - chop up your fruits and layer these in a ovendish - layer the crumble on top and put in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 15 minutes - use the yoghurt as a garnish and enjoy
