Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients
- 80 g of gluten free all purpose flour (1/2 cup)
- 125 g of half and half cream (1/2 cup +2 tablespoons)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Put flour and salt in a bowl and make a well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Break the egg into it and beat with a wooden spoon, while gradually adding the cream
Mix this up at least an hour before baking)
Heat the oven to 475°F
Add 1 teaspoon of high temperature oil or beef drippings from the roast, to the 12 parts of the pan ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Heat the oil in the oven until it is smoking hot and sizzling
Bake Yorkshires at 475°F for 10 to 12 minutes
