Applepie Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- peach
- splash of almond (or vanilla) extract
- a dash of cinnamon and 10 grams (2tbsp) of oatmeal
- greek yoghurt
- chiaseeds
- almonds
Preparation
Chop up a peach and bake in a non-stick pan with a little splash of almond (or vanilla) extract, a dash of cinnamon and 10 grams (2tbsp) of oatmeal
If the mixture is all soft and combined, add this to a bowl of greek yoghurt (I used 300grams)
Top with chiaseeds and sliced up almonds and enjoy this delish breakfast
