Applepie Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • peach
  • splash of almond (or vanilla) extract
  • a dash of cinnamon and 10 grams (2tbsp) of oatmeal
  • greek yoghurt
  • chiaseeds
  • almonds

Preparation

  1. Chop up a peach and bake in a non-stick pan with a little splash of almond (or vanilla) extract, a dash of cinnamon and 10 grams (2tbsp) of oatmeal

  2. If the mixture is all soft and combined, add this to a bowl of greek yoghurt (I used 300grams)

  3. Top with chiaseeds and sliced up almonds and enjoy this delish breakfast
