Applepie Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 splash of vanilla extract
  • - dash of cinnamon
  • - 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • - 10 grams of chopped up walnuts
  • - hemp hearts for decoration
  • - 300 grams of lowfat quark
  • 125 grams of cherries

Preparation

  1. In a nonstick pan, bake the cherries

  2. Sprinkle on your vanilla, cinnamon and oats

  3. Serve the quark in a bowl, layer the cherry mixture on top and decorate with walnuts and hemp hearts!
