Chewy Almond Flour Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond or cashew flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. almond milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients and in a small bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until everything is well combined.

  4. Use two spoons or your hands to make 10-12 bites and bake for 10 minutes. Top with nut butter and coconut if desired.
