Butternut Squash Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- blend 1 full frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen butternut squash
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1.5 scoop @nuzest vanilla pea protein player
- frozen ginger cubes and ~ 1/4 cup liquid of choice (I used water; add more liquid as needed to blend)
