Butternut Squash Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 full frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen butternut squash
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1.5 scoop @nuzest vanilla pea protein player
  • frozen ginger cubes
  • ~1/4 cup liquid of choice

Toppings

  • @purely_elizabeth pumpkin granola
  • fresh figs
  • a spoonful of peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Blend 1 full frozen banana, 1/3 cup frozen butternut squash, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice, 1.5 scoop @nuzest vanilla pea protein player, frozen ginger cubes, and about 1/4 cup liquid of choice, adding more liquid as needed to blend.

  2. Top the blended mixture with @purely_elizabeth pumpkin granola, fresh figs, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
