Butternut Squash Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • blend 1 full frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen butternut squash
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1.5 scoop @nuzest vanilla pea protein player
  • frozen ginger cubes and ~ 1/4 cup liquid of choice (I used water; add more liquid as needed to blend)
