Butternut Squash Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 full frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen butternut squash
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1.5 scoop @nuzest vanilla pea protein player
- frozen ginger cubes
- ~1/4 cup liquid of choice
Toppings
- @purely_elizabeth pumpkin granola
- fresh figs
- a spoonful of peanut butter
Preparation
Blend 1 full frozen banana, 1/3 cup frozen butternut squash, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice, 1.5 scoop @nuzest vanilla pea protein player, frozen ginger cubes, and about 1/4 cup liquid of choice, adding more liquid as needed to blend.
Top the blended mixture with @purely_elizabeth pumpkin granola, fresh figs, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
