Cookies N Cream Protein Pudding⁣

Ingredients

  • 100 to 150 grams of any cottage cheese and or a blend of that & 0% fage greek yogurt ⁣
  • (Favorite cottage cheese brands are Good Culture or Nancy’s probiotic cottage cheese)⁣
  • ~ 3-4 grams SF chocolate or any flavor of pudding mix (thickens it)⁣
  • ~ A couple drops of liquid stevia or a sweetener packet⁣
  • ~ If you have on hand Swerve confectioner sugar (aka healthy powder sugar) add a dash to make it more like “frosting”⁣
  • ~ 10- 15 grams or 1 whole scoop of your fav vegan protein (DM if you interested in this one)⁣

Preparation

  1. Unsweetened cashew or almond milk to thin out the dough batter⁣

  2. MIX
