Customizable Semolina Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2.5 deciliters water (or milk)
  • 30 grams baby semolina or whole grain semolina or fine oat flakes
  • 140 grams 0% Greek yogurt
  • 7 grams coconut sugar
  • 15 grams powdered sugar
  • 7 grams butter
  • Dutch cocoa, to taste
  • Ground cinnamon, to taste

Optional variations

  • Granko (as a substitute for cocoa and sugar)
  • Fresh fruits (such as strawberries, cherries, peaches, mangoes, or oranges) to replace butter

Preparation

  1. Cook the porridge in water with sugar until creamy consistency.

  2. Let it bubble for a few minutes.

  3. Turn off the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt.

  4. On the plate, add the remaining ingredients as desired.

Tips

  1. You can use milk instead of water for a creamier version.

  2. Substitute semolina with whole grain semolina or fine oat flakes based on preference.

  3. Sometimes replace butter with fresh fruits depending on your taste.

  4. Omit powdered sugar if using granko as a substitute.
