Easy Vegan Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 125 g spelt flour
- 2 bananas
- 200 ml coconut milk (can use a mix with almond milk)
- 100 ml water
- vanilla sugar or pulp of one vanilla pod
- oil for the pan
Preparation
Mash the bananas in a bowl
Mix the spelt flour and vanilla sugar or vanilla pulp in another bowl
Combine the mashed bananas, coconut milk, water, and flour mixture to form a batter
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add oil to coat the surface
Pour batter into the pan to form pancakes and cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides
