Fish/seafood Pie

Ingredients

  • white fish
  • seafood mix
  • green beans
  • cauliflower mash
  • cream cheese
  • butter
  • cheddar

Preparation

  1. Poach some white fish in water, drain it and flake it into an oven proof dish

  2. Add a packet of seafood mix - this one had prawns, mussel meat and squid in it

  3. Mix together then stir through the hollandaise sauce

  4. Add some chopped green beans (from the garden again) and put some more on to boil for serving

  5. Top the pie with cauliflower mash made by adding butter (20g per person) and cream cheese (50g per person)

  6. Sprinkle 20g per person of grated cheddar over the top and cook in the oven at 180°C for about 35-45 minutes

  7. Serve with the boiled green beans
