Fun Halloween Dragon Fruit Eyeballs
Ingredients
- 1-2 Frieda’s dragon fruit
- 1 pint of Driscolls blueberries
- Mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
Slice dragon fruit lengthwise and use a melon baller to create eyeballs.
Using a toothpick as a skewer, stick a dragon fruit ball and a blueberry together to create eyeballs.
Place on top of mint leaves and enjoy as a sweet treat or a Halloween party decoration.
