Golden Milk Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except for banana in a Tupperware container

  2. Give a good stir and place in fridge overnight

  3. When ready to eat, add mashed banana and adjust seasonings or sweetener to taste

  4. Get that fiber boost by adding berries and extra seeds
