Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 15 oz chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- juice from 1 lime
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 yellow onion minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro
Preparation
Mash chickpeas until fully mashed. Add avocados and mash some more
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and enjoy
