Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 15 oz chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 yellow onion minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro

Preparation

  1. Mash chickpeas until fully mashed. Add avocados and mash some more

  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and enjoy
