Healthy Chocolate Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of plant milk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 banana
- pinch of salt & 1 tsp baking powder
- fine flour
Preparation
To your blender add 1 cup of oats, blend to a fine flour then add 1 cup of plant milk, 2 tbsp cacao powder, 1 banana ?, pinch of salt & 1 tsp baking powder
Blend to a batter & fry in a little oil until the top bubbles (after a minute or so) then flip & cook the other side
