Healthy Chocolate Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • pinch of salt & 1 tsp baking powder
  • fine flour

Preparation

  1. To your blender add 1 cup of oats, blend to a fine flour then add 1 cup of plant milk, 2 tbsp cacao powder, 1 banana ?, pinch of salt & 1 tsp baking powder

  2. Blend to a batter & fry in a little oil until the top bubbles (after a minute or so) then flip & cook the other side
