Nut-Chocolate Mousse Cake
Ingredients
- 150g apple puree
- 50g hazelnut butter (or other)
- 150ml plant milk
- 1tsp apple cider vinegar
- 130g coconut blossum sugar/xylit/sugar
- 80g ground hazelnuts
- 200g regular spelt flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2,5 tsp baking powder
- 50g cacao powder
- optional: flavedrops
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F upper and lower heat. Mix all ingredients. Pour the dough into 2 round, oiled baking forms (14cm). Bake for ~20-25 min. Let cool down
In the meanwhile prepare the chocolate mousse. Ingredients: • 400 g silken tofu • 180 g melted chocolate (vegan) • a pinch of salt •1 tbsp hazelnut butterOptional: ~25 g coconut sugar/regular sugar ➡️ mix it all together until its smooth and put it in the fridge too cool down.
