Nutilight Avocado Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup Nutilight
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional
- Stevia to taste
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a mixing jar or blender.
Mix into a smooth mixture. If Nutilight consistency is very thick, drizzle a little water and mix some more.
Place in the fridge and chill.
