Chocolate Truffles with Avocado or Sweet Potato
Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate
- Pinch of salt
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 1 medium baked sweet potato
- Matcha powder or cacao powder or chopped nuts for coating
Preparation
Melt the chocolate either over a pan of boiling water or in the microwave.
Peel and mash the avocado or sweet potato.
Mix well into the melted chocolate and add a pinch of salt.
Chill for about 30-60 minutes.
Once set, scoop small spoonfuls and roll into balls.
Roll the balls in the topping of choice - matcha, cacao, or nuts.
