Vegan Three-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut whipping cream, chilled
- 150g dark chocolate
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Chocolate glaze
- 100g chocolate
- 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
Preparation
Scrape out the solid cream from the canned coconut whipping cream.
Beat with a mixer until creamy.
Add melted chocolate and maple syrup, then continue beating until incorporated.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
Place in the freezer for about 4 hours until set.
Chocolate glaze
Melt 100g chocolate.
Add 2 tablespoons of rice malt syrup or maple syrup and 2 tablespoons of coconut milk.
Mix until incorporated.
Serving
Remove the chocolate mousse from the mold.
Pour the chocolate glaze over the mousse.
Arrange cookie crumbles at the bottom of the plate.
Gently transfer the glazed chocolate mousse on top.
