Oat Flour #Gluten Free Pancakes with Avocado, Fried Egg (Better When Runny) and Drizzles of Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tspn baking powder
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • 1 tspn cinnamon .
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup 15min mom almond milk
  • 1 tspn vanilla extract
  • 2 tbspn maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients separately from wet and then mix wet ingredients into dry and whisk (I put my wet ingredients in a nutribullet)

  2. Let stand for a few minutes

  3. Scoop out into a waffle maker
