Oat Flour #Gluten Free Pancakes with Avocado, Fried Egg (Better When Runny) and Drizzles of Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tspn baking powder
- pinch of himalayan salt
- 1 tspn cinnamon .
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3/4 cup 15min mom almond milk
- 1 tspn vanilla extract
- 2 tbspn maple syrup
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients separately from wet and then mix wet ingredients into dry and whisk (I put my wet ingredients in a nutribullet)
Let stand for a few minutes
Scoop out into a waffle maker
