Passion Fruit Tahini Oats Breakfast Dish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2/3 cup oat milk
  • tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • dash of cinnamon
  • one passion fruit
  • berries of choice
  • tahini (massive amount)

Preparation

  1. Cook 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup warm water, 2/3 cup oat milk, tsp salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tsp chia seeds, and a dash of cinnamon together.

  2. Once boiling, cook on low or medium heat until creamy.

  3. Top with one passion fruit, berries of choice, and a large amount of tahini.
