Peanut Butter and Jelly Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tbsp oat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1-2 tbsp vegan/dark chocolate chips
Toppings
- @spreadthelove peanut butter and marionberry jam
Preparation
Combine dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug
Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined
Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until cake is set
Allow to cool slightly, then add peanut butter and jam as topping
