Peanut Butter and Jelly Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1-2 tbsp vegan/dark chocolate chips

Toppings

  • @spreadthelove peanut butter and marionberry jam

Preparation

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug

  2. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined

  3. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until cake is set

  4. Allow to cool slightly, then add peanut butter and jam as topping
