Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c oats
  • 1/2 c chopped nuts (i used walnuts & almonds)
  • 1/4 c pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 c coconut
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 2 t almond butter
  • 1 t coconut oil, melted
  • 1 t pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 t vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Bake @ 350 for about 25 min
