Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 c oats
- 1/2 c chopped nuts (i used walnuts & almonds)
- 1/4 c pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 c coconut
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 2 t almond butter
- 1 t coconut oil, melted
- 1 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1 t vanilla
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Bake @ 350 for about 25 min
