Raw Strawberry Banana Mini Pie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Preparation

  1. For the crust, blend one cup dates, 1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup coconut. Press into two small dishes and refrigerate for 30 min or freeze for 15

  2. Slice one fresh banana and approx 5 strawberries

  3. For the sauce I used one heaping tablespoon raw tahini, two tablespoons water, heaping tablespoon raw honey, 5 dates, and one banana. Blend it all at high speed. Add coconut water or water to thin it out if needed

  4. Place fruit in mini crusts, top with sauce and cinnamon, & voila

  5. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for 30 min to get a cool
