Raw Strawberry Banana Mini Pie Bowls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut
Preparation
For the crust, blend one cup dates, 1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup coconut. Press into two small dishes and refrigerate for 30 min or freeze for 15
Slice one fresh banana and approx 5 strawberries
For the sauce I used one heaping tablespoon raw tahini, two tablespoons water, heaping tablespoon raw honey, 5 dates, and one banana. Blend it all at high speed. Add coconut water or water to thin it out if needed
Place fruit in mini crusts, top with sauce and cinnamon, & voila
Enjoy right away or refrigerate for 30 min to get a cool
