- handful homemade granola in probitic coconut yogurt overnight
- raspberries
- banana
- avocado
- blackberries
- coconutwater
- water with 1tsp of honey
- Chiaseeds soaked in coconut water
- 1tsp flaxseed
- 1tsp cacao
