Easy Morning Smoothie with Berries and Nuts
Ingredients
- Soaked almonds
- Cashew nuts
- Handful of homemade granola
- Probiotic coconut yogurt
- Handful of raspberries
- Banana
- Avocado
- Blackberries
- Coconut water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon cacao
- Favorite seeds and nuts for topping
Preparation
Soak almonds, cashew nuts, and a handful of homemade granola in probiotic coconut yogurt overnight.
Mix a handful of raspberries, banana, avocado, and blackberries in coconut water with 1 teaspoon of honey.
Soak chia seeds in coconut water.
Add 1 teaspoon flaxseed and 1 teaspoon cacao for extra nutrition.
Top with favorite seeds and nuts.
