Easy Morning Smoothie with Berries and Nuts

Ingredients

  • Soaked almonds
  • Cashew nuts
  • Handful of homemade granola
  • Probiotic coconut yogurt
  • Handful of raspberries
  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Blackberries
  • Coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon cacao
  • Favorite seeds and nuts for topping

Preparation

  1. Soak almonds, cashew nuts, and a handful of homemade granola in probiotic coconut yogurt overnight.

  2. Mix a handful of raspberries, banana, avocado, and blackberries in coconut water with 1 teaspoon of honey.

  3. Soak chia seeds in coconut water.

  4. Add 1 teaspoon flaxseed and 1 teaspoon cacao for extra nutrition.

  5. Top with favorite seeds and nuts.
