Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons of oat flakes
- 1 spoon of flaxseed
- 2 bananas
- 2 dates
- 1/2 kg frozen raspberries
- A little almond milk or oat milk if allergic to peanuts
- 1-2 Suspro protein bars
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Small bits of kiwi
Preparation
