Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of oat flakes
  • 1 spoon of flaxseed
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 kg frozen raspberries
  • A little almond milk or oat milk if allergic to peanuts
  • 1-2 Suspro protein bars

Toppings

  • Blueberries
