Speedy Vegan Muffin and Froyo Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tub blueberry oatly yogurt
  • frozen raspberries
  • frozen blueberries
  • apple
  • 1/2 mocha muffin
  • 1/2 banana nut muffin
  • nut butter
  • homemade caramel

Preparation

  1. Mix the vegan yogurt and frozen berries until the berries are coated.

  2. Leave the mixture for a couple of minutes while preparing the other components.

  3. Stir and smash the mixture together to form a froyo texture.

  4. Chop the apple into pieces.

  5. Cut the vegan muffins into smaller pieces if needed.

  6. Assemble the bowl by adding the chopped apple, muffin pieces, and froyo smash.

  7. Drizzle the bowl with nut butter and homemade caramel.

  8. Optionally, top with cereal for added crunch.
