Tonka and Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 40 g 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp ground tonka bean
- 1-2 Tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g cashew yogurt (or unsweetened yogurt of your choice)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml hot water
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add hot water and mix until sugar is dissolved.
Add coconut milk and yogurt and give it a good stir.
Transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Serve with peanut butter and fruits of your choice.
