Tonka and Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 40 g 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp ground tonka bean
  • 1-2 Tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g cashew yogurt (or unsweetened yogurt of your choice)
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml hot water

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add hot water and mix until sugar is dissolved.

  2. Add coconut milk and yogurt and give it a good stir.

  3. Transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  4. Serve with peanut butter and fruits of your choice.
