Ultimate Pancakes for One

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons white flour
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons futurelifeza
  • 1 pot soya yogurt (150g)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup carbonated water - more or less depending on desired thickness
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soya milk or milk of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients.

  2. Add 2 or so tablespoons of batter to the pan and flip when the top shows bubbles.

  3. Top as you like with almond butter, syrup, and blueberries or other preferences.
