Ultimate Pancakes for One
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons white flour
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons futurelifeza
- 1 pot soya yogurt (150g)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup carbonated water - more or less depending on desired thickness
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soya milk or milk of choice
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients.
Add 2 or so tablespoons of batter to the pan and flip when the top shows bubbles.
Top as you like with almond butter, syrup, and blueberries or other preferences.
