Ultimate pancakes for one

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons white flour
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons @futurelifeza
  • 1 pot soya yogurt (150g)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup carbonated water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soya milk or milk of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix dry and then add the wet ingredients

  2. Add 2 or so tablespoons of batter to the pan and flip when the top shows bubbles

  3. Top with almond butter and syrup, with some blueberries
