Ultimate pancakes for one
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons white flour
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons @futurelifeza
- 1 pot soya yogurt (150g)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup carbonated water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soya milk or milk of choice
Preparation
Mix dry and then add the wet ingredients
Add 2 or so tablespoons of batter to the pan and flip when the top shows bubbles
Top with almond butter and syrup, with some blueberries
