Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 100g rolled oats (blended into flour)⁠
  • 1 ripe banana⁠
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁠
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda⁠
  • 2 scoops vegan protein of choice⁠

Preparation

  1. Place a fry-pan over medium heat on the stovetop.⁠

  2. In a blender, blend oats until they’re broken down to a fine powder⁠

  3. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients to the blender, or whisk all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.⁠

  4. Finally, add in your choice of almond or soy milk and whisk until combined.⁠

  5. When the fry pan has heated up, pour in a scoop of the pancake mixture, swirl it around the pan so it’s a nice even circle.⁠

  6. Let one side cook for a couple of minutes and then turn over, remove the pancake from the pan when both sides are nice and golden.⁠

  7. Place another scoop of the mixture onto the pan, repeat the process until you’ve used up all of the pancake mixture. ⁠

  8. Serve with your favourite fruits, nut butter or maple syrup. ⁠
