Vegan Peanut Butter Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dates
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut + more for coating
- 1/4 cup peanut butter + more for filling
- 1 Tbsp nut milk
- 2 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
In a food processor, blend all the ingredients until a dough forms. Make some shaped balls into your hands
With your thumb, make a hole in the middle and put some peanut butter inside*. Carefully close it and roll in shredded coconut ?! ✍?Leave inside the refrigerator to set. You can always freeze for later
TIP: freeze the peanut butter filling before. It’s easier to fill inside the bites
