3-Ingredient Vegan Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 can of lite coconut milk (399mL)
- - 1 scoop (28grams) of @pescience vegan PB protein
- - 1 tsp of @pamelasproducts “not xanthan not guar” powder (or you can use 1/2tsp of regular xanthan gum if it doesn’t upset your tummy)
Preparation
Pour ingredients into your ice cream maker and let it churn for 20-25minutes
