3-Ingredient Vegan Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can of lite coconut milk (399mL)
  • - 1 scoop (28grams) of @pescience vegan PB protein
  • - 1 tsp of @pamelasproducts “not xanthan not guar” powder (or you can use 1/2tsp of regular xanthan gum if it doesn’t upset your tummy)

Preparation

  1. Pour ingredients into your ice cream maker and let it churn for 20-25minutes
