5 Ingredients Healthy Cookies (Vegan/gf/no Butter)

Ingredients

  • 75g white almond butter / 60g blond sugar / 40g unsweetened applesauce / 80g white rice flour / 50g dark chocolate ⁣

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/356°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. ⁣

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar with the almond butter. Then, add the applesauce and stir to incorporate it well. Add the rice flour and form a nice ball. Finaly, add the roughly chopped dark chocolat and incorporate it to the ball. ⁣

  3. Form 10 little balls and flatten them onto the backing tray to make nice little disks (they won't change form during baking). Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool down onto a grid and eat!⁣
