5 Ingredients Healthy Cookies (Vegan/gf/no Butter)
Ingredients
- 75g white almond butter / 60g blond sugar / 40g unsweetened applesauce / 80g white rice flour / 50g dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180°C/356°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the sugar with the almond butter. Then, add the applesauce and stir to incorporate it well. Add the rice flour and form a nice ball. Finaly, add the roughly chopped dark chocolat and incorporate it to the ball.
Form 10 little balls and flatten them onto the backing tray to make nice little disks (they won't change form during baking). Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool down onto a grid and eat!
