Almond Chocolate Chia Pudding


  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cup of filtered water
  • 3 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp of almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • for middle layer
  • chocolate chips
  • for top layer
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 tbs of raw cacao powder


  1. Add all ingredients for bottom layer to a medium sized bowl, stir well, and place in fridge for at least 4 hours

  2. Once chia pudding is done, pour into serving container, top with melted chocolate chips

  3. Blend ingredients for top layer in high-speed blender and pour into container

  4. Garnish with more chocolate chips, because who doesn't love chocolate ?, and enjoy ???? #threebunnies
