Chocolate Covered Bananas Filled with Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- nut butter (e.g., peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup chocolate
- Himalayan pink salt
Preparation
Slice 1 banana into 1/2 inch slices.
Place a small dollop of nut butter on each slice.
Top with another banana slice to make sandwiches.
Freeze for 20 minutes.
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate in a bowl.
Dip the frozen banana sandwiches in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt.
Freeze again until the chocolate sets, then enjoy.
