Chocolate Covered Bananas Filled with Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • nut butter (e.g., peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate
  • Himalayan pink salt

Preparation

  1. Slice 1 banana into 1/2 inch slices.

  2. Place a small dollop of nut butter on each slice.

  3. Top with another banana slice to make sandwiches.

  4. Freeze for 20 minutes.

  5. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate in a bowl.

  6. Dip the frozen banana sandwiches in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt.

  7. Freeze again until the chocolate sets, then enjoy.
