Easy Vegan Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 200g vegan cream cheese
  • 15g caster sugar
  • 30g biscoff spread
  • 7 digestive biscuits
  • 25g melted vegan butter
  • melted dark chocolate & more biscoff, melted to decorate! ??method??

Preparation

  1. Crush the biscuits in a bowl with a rolling pin

  2. Once you've crumbed the biscuits, mix in the melted vegan butter and tip into your cheesecake tin/s to form a base for your cheesecake

  3. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes

  4. For the topping, beat the cream cheese, biscoff and sugar together until smooth and spread over the base

  5. Set in the freezer for a min of an hour to an hour and a half
