High Protein Millionaires Shortbread Bars
Ingredients
Base
- 75g Coconut flour
- 40g Protein powder (I used the @vivolife maca salted caramel)
- 20g Coconut oil
- Almond milk
Caramel layer
- 40g Almond butter
- 10g syrup (I used @sweetfreedomuk)
Chocolate layer
- 30g choc
- 10g coconut oil
Preparation
Mix the base ingredients and mould into a tray, then refrigerate.
Mix the caramel layer (microwaving might help melt it slightly) and pour over the base, then freeze.
Melt the chocolate layer and pour over the frozen mixture, then put into the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares. Each square contains 122 calories and nearly 7g of protein.
