High Protein Millionaires Shortbread
Ingredients
- 75g coconut flour
- 40g protein powder (i used the @vivolife maca salted caramel)
- 20g coconut oil
- almond milk
- caramel layer:
- 40g almond butter
- 10g syrup (i used @sweetfreedomuk )
- chocolate layer:
- 30g choc
- 10g coconut oil
Preparation
Mix base ingredients and mould into tray, then refrigerate. Next, mix caramel layer (microwaving might melt a lil) and the pour over base. Freeze! And then melt and pour over chocolate and put into the freezer for 30 mins. Then cut into squares
Cals each and nearly 7g of protein
