No Bake Vegan Pumpkin Donut Holes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup simply nature creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp simply nature organic coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup specially selected 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup baker’s corner 100% pure canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp simply nature organic cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp simply nature organic powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together the coconut flour, almond butter, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and maple syrup

  2. Then roll the dough into about 6-7 balls

  3. Line a small plate with parchment paper and place the donut holes on it

  4. Put the plate in the freezer for 1 hour

  5. Then remove and sprinkle powdered sugar on top

  6. Enjoy! store in the freezer
