No Bake Vegan Pumpkin Donut Holes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup simply nature creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp simply nature organic coconut flour
- 1/4 cup specially selected 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup baker’s corner 100% pure canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp simply nature organic cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp simply nature organic powdered sugar
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the coconut flour, almond butter, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and maple syrup
Then roll the dough into about 6-7 balls
Line a small plate with parchment paper and place the donut holes on it
Put the plate in the freezer for 1 hour
Then remove and sprinkle powdered sugar on top
